Any instructions on its use anywhere? I'm having troubles controlling my phone (only file transfers work).

EDIT: Figured it out and is okay but thank you Bread.

Haha, my file transfers don't even work now.. Firmware 2.0 worked for me.

Anyway, just turn on your bluetooth on both devices. Use your handphone to pair new device. Then navigate to your paired devices on your handphone, select the P2 and connect.

From then on, you can connect/disconnect your P2 from your phone through the P2 menu Bluetooth > Mobile.

Edit: Oh and, if both devices are connected, the bluetooth logo should show something beside it, indicating that it's connected.

Really!?

It's working ok with my SE P1i, not sure if it matters which way you pair it, but I paired it from the phone.

Also if it was already paired before you did the update, try deleting that pairing and re-pairing.

I have two P2's on my desk.. just transferred a music file from one to the other. Very nice! Unlike the Zune's restricted transfer... there are no DRM restrictions on music files that you share.

Way to go Samsung! Welcome to the REAL Social.

EDIT: After transferring files from one P2 to another.. you can then move the files to PC, if you so desire. Works like a charm.. and I'm a little surprised at such un-restricted file movement.
... This is a major plus in Samsung's favor for the P2.

Haha, I can't seem to pair them as "devices" now, it's just seen as a mobile phone, which is why I think is causing the problem.. Lemme try again =] Thanks though!

Edit: Alright. Fixed it. I paired it up and sent a file over first, so it's seen as a file transfer device. Then I connected it from my phone, making it seen as a mobilephone. Now I can do both!

If you turn off the P2 without disconnecting it from the phone, it becomes unusable when you try to reconnect again therefore requiring you to repair the 2 devices.

Disconnect before you turn off either of the devices just to be safe .
